These are my terms of service. I hope it's understandable, and feel free to ask any questions~ (´｡• ᵕ •｡`)

* The final product will only be sent after 100% of the full price is paid.> For better quality of the Illustration, I'll send the finished version via e-Mail or a Google Drive link.* Little warning: Since it's well known between artists to be scammed by people not paying at all, or wanting to receive more paying less, it will be made an estimate individually with the client, so probably no commission will be charged the same as another, because it will depend on what the client is asking for.** I do not agree with NFTs and A.I. Art Illustrations and do not in any way authorize my work to be used as one (and/or more than one) or in any way related to one (and/or more than one).> The sale of my work to/by third parties is not allowed.****There will be an extra fee if your illustration is for commercial use.>> I can refuse the commision if I don't feel comfortable with the request.>> I can make adjustments as much as you want before the sketch is approved, but after that it will be charged a fee.>> I will need to communicate with the commissioner, so it will be appreciated if the client is as availabe as possible, for the work to be delivered as soon as possible.** If the client requests for a deadline, a fee will be charged so the illustration can be delivered in the preferred time. The amount will vary depending of how short or long is the preferred time.>> I will still have rights over the drawing and I will be able to use the art on my social media to promote my work.* There will be a small fee if you want your commission to be private (not posted on social media).>> Be specific when you're making your request.
Give me as many details as you can. If possible, make a doodle to give me a direction.
Provide reference pictures of what you want. In this way your drawing can come out as close to what you want as possible and it makes my work easier.>> In cases where the illustration cannot be completed, either because something personal has happened keeping me from completing the work, or something that keeps the client from paying the full amount, there are installment or refund options.>> By accepting to work with me, you agree to all the conditions above and payment methods, and failing to comply with any of them may be subject to legal proceedings.

The first installment is at the customer's choice + the next installments can be paid up to date month/10.>> If it's a case of refund:
The amount refunded will be of 80% of the full price if I already started working on the piece, if not, it will be a 100% refund of the full price.
The refund will have a deadline period of 30 days to be done.

(Inteligência Artificial) e não autorizo de maneira nenhuma que meu trabalho seja usado como uma (e/ou mais de uma), nem minimamente relacionado a uma (e/ou mais de uma).> Não é permitida a venda de meu trabalho por/para terceiros.**** Terá uma taxa extra se sua ilustração for para uso comercial.>> Eu posso não aceitar fazer uma encomenda se o pedido me deixar desconfortável.>> Posso fazer quantas alterações forem necessárias até a aprovação do rascunho, porém, depois da aprovação será cobrada uma taxa.>> Vou precisar me comunicar com o cliente, então ficarei agradecida se o cliente estiver o mais disponível possível, dessa maneira o trabalho poderá ser entregue o mais rápido possível.** Se o cliente quiser um prazo de entrega, terá uma taxa para que a ilustração seja concluída no período escolhido. O valor varia de acordo quão longo ou curto é este prazo.>> Ainda terei direitos autorais sobre a imagem e poderei usá-la em minhas redes para promover meu trabalho.* Terá uma pequena taxa se você quiser que sua ilustração não seja compartilhada em minhas redes sociais.>> Seja específico ao fazer seu pedido.
Forneça o máximo de detalhes que puder. Se possível, faça um rabisco para me direcionar.
Forneça imagens de referência do que você quer, desta forma seu desenho pode ficar o mais próximo possível do que você deseja e facilita meu trabalho.>> Nos casos em que a ilustração não possa ser concluída, seja porque algo pessoal me impediu de concluir o trabalho, ou algo que impeça o cliente de pagar o valor total, existem opções de parcelamento ou reembolso.>> Ao aceitar trabalhar comigo, você concorda com todas as condições acima e formas de pagamento, e o descumprimento de qualquer uma delas pode estar sujeito a processos judiciais.

A primeira parcela fica à escolha do cliente + as próximas parcelas podem ser pagas até o 10/mês.>> Se for o caso de reembolso:
O valor reembolsado será de 80% do valor total caso já tenha começado a trabalhar na peça, caso contrário será reembolsado 100% do valor total.
Terei um prazo de 30 dias para fazer o reembolso.
